  Waited over 20 minutes for a Mocha Frappe when all of the people asked to pull into curbside spots received theirs way before mine and I had to ask multiple times and finally on my 3rdtime asking it was magically ready to go

  This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s in Nashville I would rate it as the worst McDonald’s in Nashville they not number one they definitely number two when it comes to service people’s attitudes in this store absolutely stink nobody likes working there. Everybody hates their job and I guess that’s the reason that the quality of the food here absolutely is terrible. I don’t care what time of day you go to this McDonald’s you are promised to get some cold old food every single time It’s no way I should buy a burger and when I get down the street to bite into the burger, the edges of my burger are so hard that we can knock on the door that lets me know it’s been sitting up in premadeand they will have the nerve to get upset if you reach back out and let them know that you didn’t appreciate spending 25 or $30 on food that is ice cold me and my family got food from there last night only for it to be passed out of the window to us and it be ice cold and old is the word it’s awful. This should be shut down and they should put something else right there cause McDonald’s is not it now if you go over to Charlotte, Pike guarantee hiding Fresh every single time go over the West End hide and Fresh every single time this store when they have specials they are out of everything they advertise. I’ve never been there and got any kind of special The Grinch special all the socks and everything was gone the very next day every single time they have a special they never have it here and if they do before, you can get there they will have a sign that says they are out of it as far as the ice cream machine just throw it in the dumpster because for two years nobody’s been able to get ice cream at least nobody in my household because every time we go, they say oh it’s broke just shut the whole McDonald’s down. At this point the order I had last night I want my money back and I can take my money over on West End or Charlotte Pike McDonald’s where the service is good and the food is hot and fresh cause this McDonald’s is never hot and fresh ever ever ever ever ever.
