  Pésimo ya van dos veces que ordenó por ubber y me mandan lo que les da su gana Ahorita ordene y me cambiaron los frappe por estas cochinadas me da mucho corrage solo digo lo justo pues me cobraron y mandaron otro Trabajadores o manager pongan mas atención 🤔 😡

  My mother and I went to get breakfast at the drive though and my mom got coffee and when the young lady handed the coffee to my mom the cap came off and it spilled all over my mom. She’s on the verge of tears and trying not to move because it BURNS… and the lady is just staring at her with a blank face just having napkins at us and I had to keep telling her to give her a a second until the 4th time I I had to be aggressive and tell her to give me a second. I would have cussed her out if she didn’t look like a teenager. She offered my mom 4 napkins nothing else and proceeded to ask what else we needed with the order. I know McDonald is fast food but compassion should have been shown. My mother has burns on her stomach and arms and thighs. Accidents happen but this accident landed in my mom getting hurt. My mom had to ask for napkins and ice and we felt rushed through. Unacceptable Also my food was wrong Update: A couple hours later and now there are blisters

  DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT HAIR IN YOUR FOOD!!!😡🤬 After a long day of working at a fast food place also I was considering eating at McDonald’s today. I had ordered my food and they had forgotten my fries. This was not the issue because me as a fast food worker also understood the mistake. I went back in like and it took about another 30 minutes for me to get back to the window. I let them know about my missing fries and the guy responded with a rude “ I know”. When I got home I checked my fries and then saw a what looks like a pube. I don’t mess with my food and this has not been the first time something wrong has happened here.But this draws the line and was the last straw😡😡😡😡I will never come to this McDonald after being a loyal customer for 5 years.

  We went there last night to get a bag of ice and some pies the young lady that gave us our order was very rude. She didn’t inform us that the ice bag was being made when she was at the window. Another employee seen that we were still at the window and came over to see what was wrong. When I asked her about our ice the other young lady comes over with a stank attitude and started to be rude while the other young lady stood there laughing meanwhile the manager on duty just stood there nonchalant not saying a word then proceeded to let the employee be disrespectful towards me and my kids. Never again they need to shut this one down. Nobody told them to work there if they hate their jobs.

  Buenos días, desde que llegamos al establecimiento a hacer nuestra orden el joven que nos atendió tuvo una mala actitud, se miraba muy molesto que no nos saludo ni contestó los Buenos días. Mi esposo pidió un café el cual no estaba caliente como regularmente nos lo dan, también no tenía el sabor como mi esposo lo pidió, fui a pedirles por favor que si me lo podían cambiar y explique porque y una señora, me contesto grosera diciendo que el cafe como que no estaba caliente y que hasta humito salia, y le mencioné que no lo estaba, ella empezó a mostrar al personal y dijo, " dice que el cafe no está caliente y miren hasta humito le sale", me sentí avergonzada y muy molesta porque no soy de las personas que les hablo mal a los que me atienden, trato de ser muy respetuosa con ellos, y lo que respondí fue, "deme el cafe para atrás, déjelo así". Realmente no soy de escribir malos comentarios, pero nunca me había sentido tan avergonzada en un establecimiento de McDonald's , y más si yo voy amablemente a pedir un servicio. Ojalá y pudieran tomar en cuenta mi comentario para que no le suceda a otra persona, yo en lo personal, no regreso a ese establecimiento por ahora. Gracias por su atención.
