She’s on the verge of tears and trying not to move because it BURNS… and the lady is just staring at her with a blank face just having napkins at us and I had to keep telling her to give her a a second until the 4th time I I had to be aggressive and tell her to give me a second. I would have cussed her out if she didn’t look like a teenager. She offered my mom 4 napkins nothing else and proceeded to ask what else we needed with the order. I know McDonald is fast food but compassion should have been shown. My mother has burns on her stomach and arms and thighs. Accidents happen but this accident landed in my mom getting hurt. My mom had to ask for napkins and ice and we felt rushed through. Unacceptable Also my food was wrong Update: A couple hours later and now there are blisters
