Average Mc D’s at best. Fries weren’t hot and the burger patties were overcooked/dry. Wish I had gone to Waffle House!!

The guy on headset seemed to have lost all passion for his job and was quite rude as we placed our order. He made it quite clear our giving them business was an inconvenience for him. We pulled up to the first window to pay, he wasn't even in uniform, barely looked at us, simply gave us the total without confirming it was our order. Gave the card back, said nothing, let the window slam shut in our face. We waiting a moment to make sure payment went through and to get a receipt, and after a moment of ignoring us, he opened the window and asked what our order was. We explained, he checked his computer, and asked if we'd paid yet. We said yes, and he said, "Then go to the next window!" I don't care that it was late, I don't care if he was tired, when you are at a job, especially when working with people, you are expected to at least pretend to care about your customers.

There's one lady that is on staff that always has the best attitude towards others whether it's to staff or customers. Need more like her in the world.

As Doug Flutie, I’ve played in some hostile stadiums, but nothing prepared me for the circus of incompetence I walked into at this McDonald’s. First off, the service was moving at a pace that would make a two-minute drill look like rocket science. I’ve seen defensive lines with more coordination. The staff looked about as organized as a blown coverage—everyone wandering around, nobody knowing what’s going on, and somehow I’m the one paying for it. I ordered something simple—painfully simple—and still watched it vanish into whatever black hole they call a kitchen. It’s almost impressive how spectacularly wrong a place can get the basics. Cold fries, a burger that looked like it survived a sack, and a milkshake machine that—shocker—was “down.” At this point I’m convinced the milkshake machine has been on injured reserve longer than most quarterbacks. And don’t get me started on the attitude. I’ve taken hits from guys twice my size with more warmth. If customer service were football, this crew couldn’t complete a screen pass. Bottom line? I’ve had better experiences running for my life from a blitz. This McDonald’s needs a full rebuild—coaching staff, playbook, the whole thing. Until then, I’m calling this place what it is: a fumble at the goal line. fire everyone.

Don’t go inside they make you wait half hour while prioritizing drive thru. Probably corporate policy so they don’t gotta hire enough people. Everytime I go to McDonald’s it’s more expensive and worse quality. I should take the hint
