I'm not one to complain, in fact I hate complaining about fast food workers, but only McDonald's will employ these terrible workers. My boyfriend and I had placed a mobile order, pulled up to the drive thru and sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes. Not once did they greet us, or even tell us to "hold on". Just complete silence. So we pulled up to the window, to continue to be ignored for over 10 minutes to eventually be told we needed to cancel our order...we literally watched someone ahead of us get their food, so what's the issue? They said they aren't accepting mobile orders, we asked if there was any way we could get our food instead of having to wait 1-7 business days for a refund through the app. They closed the window with no explanation and did not return. Why are you allowed to take my money without fulfilling my order? I know the system isn't the workers fault, but the attitude and the way it was handled is absolutely disappointing. As a service worker myself I couldn't imagine settling for such a lack of work ethic. Also, the app says my order is being prepared and I can no longer cancel it 👎🏻 so do I not get my food or my money back...?
