This location is one of the few with a playground; however, we couldn't use it because the staff had already cleaned it and didn't want to do so again. I would understand if it were later or closer to closing time, but simply because the employee was lazy, it discourages customers. I understand that cleaning is hard work, but this indoor playground is also a necessary service for children, especially in cold weather. It's unfortunate to see this situation. This is a recently renovated location with a new playground, yet it remains unavailable because someone refuses to clean it.
