Instead, I was given a medium meal with a small drink. When I asked about the mistake, the employee at the window was dismissive and offered no apology. This experience was unacceptable and represents an ongoing pattern of poor service. I will be sharing this feedback publicly so other customers are aware. This location needs significant improvement.

I them both it was an order of large fries and to please add ketchup packets. Fries were unsalted and soggy. Tasted like when you keep leftover fries and reheat them the next day even though you know it's gonna taste bad. They also forgot the ketchup packets.
