  I work at night doing Uber and I go many times to pick up orders here and nobody attends much delay to give you a simple answer.

  I’m not sure what goes on here but I’ll be calling the health department about the water not working in the women’s restroom, My food was cold and barely wrapped closed , probably overworked I’m not sure but I won’t be back ,

  The employee taking our order rushed us, interrupted us, and audibly got upset at us for seemingly no reason. Maybe it was an off-day for him, but that was genuinely one of the worst customer experiences I've ever gone through. Big sad :(

  Went through the drive thru and when I got to the window, was told they had given my food to the car in front of me. I was then asked to pull up and wait. And I did, for 20 minutes before I finally parked and went in. After waiting to get someone's attention behind the counter to ask about my food, they said they had no idea what I was talking about. Finally a manager got my food together and passed it off with a simple "sorry for your wait". My wait? From the time I ordered to the time I got my food was over half an hour. My food was given to someone else, and I was left to wait. If I hadn't gone in, how long would I have been left out there? This is a horrible place to go. My fries were soggy with no salt. The burger was thrown together and a mess. They gave me a free apple pie for some reason, but I don't eat those... so it was thrown out. Avoid this place at all cost.

  I came by on Sunday afternoon to get an ice cream cone I had acquired by using the app. It was around 3:30pm. The doors to the lobby were locked but they were doing drive through and pick up orders. I was walking so I couldn’t go through the drive thru. I placed a pick up order on my phone. I was waiting and a manager walked out to hand a car that had pulled past the drive thru their ice creams. When I asked about my cone he told Me too bad he can’t come outside. He can’t open the doors Even though he had just opened the doors and come outside. He was rude and nasty. We did however talk to the man working drive thru and he helped me. I got my ice cream and that was awesome but that manager was so rude and mean about something so simple..I thought it Needed to be shared. The drive thru guy was so kind and i really appreciate him. Manager should take lessons from employee.
