I am writing to formally report an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience at your location.
I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order that had already been sitting for approximately 30 minutes. Another DoorDash driver had previously been dispatched but left due to the excessive wait time. After I accepted the order, I was told additional items (cookies) were still being prepared, which resulted in another 30-minute wait.
During this time, I rang the pickup doorbell three times because I could clearly see the completed order sitting on the counter. Staff appeared to be prioritizing the drive-thru and ignoring the pickup window. After finally getting someone’s attention, I was told the order still was not ready, despite it visibly sitting there.
When I returned again, two other drivers were assisted before me. When I approached the window, the employee asked who I was picking up for, even though I had already provided the name earlier and the order was in her hand. When I showed her my phone to confirm, she responded by saying she was “blind,” yet she did not make similar comments to the other drivers who were also showing their phones. I found this response dismissive and unprofessional.
I asked to speak with a manager, and the manager stated he did not care and that his staff was correct, as they claimed I was “harassing” them for ringing the bell while waiting. I was not harassing anyone — I was attempting to complete a time-sensitive delivery after already waiting an extended period.
As a result of this experience, the customer was left without their food, and I lost valuable time and earnings. The lack of organization, communication, and professionalism at this location is concerning.
I am requesting that this matter be reviewed. Delivery drivers play an important role in your business, and we should be treated with basic professionalism and respect.

If I could give negative Stars I would one star for the food because I never received any one star for the service because I didn't receive any of that either and the atmosphere definitely not courteous to say the least I ordered on the mobile app I set at the speaker for roughly 13 minutes so after failing to get in touch with anyone on the speaker I just pulled up to the window and you would have thought I committed a cardinal sin they refused to come to the window to see what I needed or they just sit there and joked and laughed amongst themselves so I just pulled off canceled my order never will go back very immature staff on night shift third shift to be exact

This place is the worst I order a coffee by the drive thru when I got to the window to pick up my coffee the girl said to park on #1 waited there for 20 minutes I had to go in to get my coffee. The manager was there she went to hide in the back I asked to talk to her and she didn't give me a good explanation about why did it take 20 minutes for me to get my coffee.
Apart from all the McDonalds in TN that I have came across, this one is absolutely terrible. Lack of professionalism, disgusting & rude staff, and they do not care. They need to work on time management and how to satisfy their customers. If you are working as a delivery person, good lucky because they will make you stand outside for long and wait. All the other McDonalds let people pick up from the drive-thru. Unfortunately, this is not a good place to represent a company.
