The workers were rude when I pulled up to order & was told that they are closed till 4am..(keep in mind it was 4:02am & it was supposed to be open 24 hours) I told them it's 4:02am but was still told they were closed but still was able to serve the customer that was there before me. Highly unprofessional. I was doing Amazon flex this morning too.

NEVER order from here especially late nights through Uber Eats or DoorDash they will mess up your order and their phone doesn’t work so don’t bother calling I’m missing 3 10 piece nuggets and can’t get my money back for their incompetence go to Waffle House or Whataburger.

Possibly the worst I’ve ever been too. Tall African American female handing out food is horrendous with her customer service. Rude, no manners and walking around literally doing nothing while customers stand in line waiting for food that’s clearly up. Fries are hard, refried to warm them. First day for McRib and the buns are stale? Restaurant is clean, I’ll give them that much.

I sat in the line for 30mins! Just for them to not only get my order WRONG but to give it me COLD! Then they closed the lobby early. Yeah don’t even waste your time.

Well I order the special edition chicken sandwiche through the app and they forgot to put it in my bag. I went back and they gave me a regular chicken sandwich. I told the manager that they gave me the wrong item and she said that the item was discontinued. So I went to another mcdonald's and they have the special edition chicken sandwich. So the manger lied instead of just making the sandwich or telling me beforehand they didnt have the sandwich. I don't appreciate her lying because it wasn't busy and i was respectful. The manager need to be reevaluate.
