  Homeless people lined up to beg for food money and cigarettes. We didnt even stay to eat we had to get out of there fast..

  Locks on the bathroom, and the hand sanitizer stations around the lobby were empty. Would've liked to get the bathroom code but there was't an employee at the counter. I had just driven into Nashville for work and needed to use the bathroom before I ordered. I left and went and ate somewhere else.

  Stood at the counter for more than three minutes, and nobody even looked at me. I was waiting to order. I turned around and walked out. There is no customer service here.

  What's more to Mclove than homeless sleeping on the seats locked bathrooms to keep them from shooting up in there and absolutely zero customers service stood at the register for 7 minutes before someone helped me he put my order in wrong caught it on the screen and he fixed it then he said there was a orange juice already in the system that he'd need a manger to remove so he walked off to find them another girl walked up changed the orange juice and got my order right only to get it several minutes later and only get the sandwich and drink no fries or dipping sauces like I asked when I say this was the worse McDonald's I've been to I mean it
