I’ve never seen an establishment more resistant to listen to a customer or provide them with what they asked for… I don’t even leave reviews but today was almost unbearable. I used to work at McDonalds. It’s not hard to do right by someone and show simple respect. They did not honor my reward after the points were taken from my account. The manager continued to walk away while I was speaking and refused to listen to solve the matter. Then refused to substitute my bread choice because of the reward which had never been an issue before. She simply just didn’t want to do it. I was willing to pay for the substitution (which has always been free) but she demanded I pay full price for a free item. Then insisted I take the item I continued to decline and make right. What a joke. Now I’m late for work because they sat and played in my face. I also have now lost points and have to start my day without breakfast. Won’t be back, but they don’t care and that’s the problem.

Don’t advertise 24 hours if you don’t take orders between 345am and 5am. Never had issues anywhere else that boasted 24 hours. Poor ownership of a business
