  I don't like giving 1 star, but the only good thing I got here was my sandwich. The customer service was practically non-existent. Every conversation was limited to one to three words, and they seemed like they wanted us to leave before we even ordered. We had to wait a few minutes for them to take our order, and when we got to the windows, they barely said anything to us. They practically threw the food into our car. The food was fresh though, so that's good.

  I needed a cup of coffee before our family hit the road after a few days at the Gaylord Opryland resort. The lines for coffee were too long in the hotel, so we decided to stop at a nearby McDonald’s for coffee and a quick breakfast. I should have known there would be an issue early on, but I needed coffee. …in a bad way. First of all, my daughter ordered a fru-fru peppermint mocha. They didn’t have peppermint. Next, she asked for something with caramel. They didn’t have caramel. She ended up with a vanilla concoction. We ordered breakfast - a couple of sausage and egg McMuffin sandwiches and a chicken biscuit, all with hash browns. The food was ok and the reason for the three stars. The big disappointment here is that this coffee is the worst McDonald’s coffee I’ve ever had. I actually prefer McDonald’s coffee to most other fast food restaurants. Unfortunately the three drip coffees are weak, and my daughter’s vanilla coffee is awful. I rarely leave negative reviews, but we couldn’t return to request a refund or do-over for the coffees. Thus, I’m expressing my disappointment here. Please make the coffee right. It’s one of the things that your brand is known for (in my opinion).

  I'm here so many times a week for sodas, and even when they have a line, they can get through it quickly (the one day that wasn't true was the day the snack wrap came out...). They'll be the first to run out of promotional deals, so don't come here looking for the Grinch meal or limited edition items.

  The Caucasian man in the drive thru that handed me my food had snot mucus literally in his nose as he was handing me my food disgusting dealing with the public’s food and don’t have common sense to keep himself decent and wipe his nose I will never go back to this McDonald’s

  Quick drive thru after hours when all others are closed. Clean. Hot. Fresh. The way you want and need it so you can not go to bed starving. Classic MCD French fries 🍟. Well done peeps. Thanks
