When I got back to the hotel, I discovered one order of fries was missing. The fish sandwich was hard, cold, and looked like it had been cooked in old grease. Once we got back to the hotel after a full day, I was not coming back out to deal with it. I intended to call the next day, but I was attending family reunion events and didn’t want to disrupt the positive vibes to deal with it. The wait was completely unreasonable. When I did later speak with management about a refund, I was told they could not refund my money remotely.
