- SSSherie6 days ago1.0I have been at this location several times because of convenience. And every time there's always the issue today was the last draw, my French fries was cold. Halfway, cut, the bun was stale on my Chicken Sandwich. The service took forever in line like employees or slow employees. Not sure not to mention, it's dirty and store. And the restaurant last strong, will not Eat at this McDonald's again. A manager definitely needs to pay attention to this store. It's terrible. This is the only fast food in the please. Lord, get more fast food. The opera Mills location. Not eating at this store anymore.

There were no napkins included, and none anywhere in the restaurant to self serve. The food was only warm when we got it. It was not brought to the table like the number said. A number was shouted and it was left on the counter. The dine in order was packed like it was for pick up.

She said, "oh my god" with a mug on her face. She came back and gave us ONE NUGGET. AT this point we know shes being rude. We asked why? She was cussing us out in Spanish. After asking for a manager, she tried to tell us she is a manager. After saying no we need to talk to someone, she finally sent us over the manager. The manager helped us and was so sweet.
