  Attended the margarita making class on National Margarita day! Bettey the bartender was amazing. Engaged, excited and a great teacher. We laughed and dined and made good memories! Way to go Margaritaville and 10 stars to Bettey!

  We had a great time at Margaritaville Nashville! The band was really good and created such a fun, lively atmosphere. We ate at the bar and the tacos were delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the margaritas were excellent. We would definitely go back the next time we are in Nashville.

  Great place, fun atmosphere. Service was on point. Ordered a gluten free burger. When it came out, I asked again that it was gluten free, they said yes, gluten free bun. I lifted up the bread and a fried onion ring was on there which was definitely gluten. Thank goodness I didnt eat it. They took it back and made me a new burger and did not charge me for my burger which I super appreciate. But! If I hadn't checked the burger before eating it could have been terrible for me. We only eat at places that advertise gluten free food these days. So if you go, and have to be gluten free like me, make sure you check and double check each thing. Service was great though and I am glad they fixed the issue, and hopefully will be more careful in the future

  Very mid experience. Not on par with other Margaritaville dining experiences I've had. I do think they were extremely short staffed but it was a long wait for drinks and food. And while the host and extra guys were kind, the wait staff was clearly overworked and done with the whole day. It was 430 pm.

  An abundance of positive!! Jason’s crew was phenomenal on one of the biggest sports days of the year. Betty in particular deserves HUGE recognition!! She was the only bartender for the ENTIRE VIEWING AREA, not to mention the server of many tables AND those of us seated at the bar!! She crushed it!! Dyllan hustled the whole night and filled in seamlessly as needed. Arianna stepped up when unrecognized tables needed attention, without question of “whose section is that”. As a psychologist, I can say this demonstration of teamwork and collaboration was genuinely impressive. So much so that I sought out the manager to comment on the teamwork, and how it impacted my experience as a guest. Oh, DJ and Cam at the door sold it. They attended to us as people and told us more of the same was waiting, and it was!! In a city driven by tourism and travel, this crew delivered on every level. I hope they are recognized as such!!! They made the whole experience; and I’m honored to acknowledge each one of them!!
