She was professional, attentive, and did everything she could despite the problems coming from the kitchen. She should not be blamed at all for this experience. The food, however, was unacceptable. I ordered a sirloin steak cooked medium, and it arrived completely overcooked. The portion was shockingly small, and the meat was so pale and dry that at one point I genuinely thought I had been served pork instead of beef. The quality was extremely poor. We visited on December 25th. The restaurant was not full, yet the wait time for our food was excessively long, with no reasonable explanation. For a holiday visit, this level of food quality and service timing is simply not acceptable. Ariana deserves recognition for her effort, but the kitchen execution, food quality, and overall management seriously need improvement. I would not recommend this place based on this experience.
