I had decided to leave, and wondered what would happen if I went through the drive thru, I was served so fast, and got half a dozen donuts, and paid almost what it would have cost for a dozen, way too high of a price for sure. To top it off, they were stone cold and hard. I was so mad I didn't even turn around to go back and have them fix it, especially since their customer service was atrocious. I don't think I'll ever be going back. I grew up going to this location since I was a little girl, and I have watched it change over the years. Never in my life did I think it would get this bad.

We got to watch the donuts coming through in the belt, and the server gave us each a piping hot free glazed donut! The ones we purchased were fresh and excellent. The staff was super friendly! The retro vibes are awesome! This ones the real deal :)

So is the biscoff one. Absolutely inedible. For $12, you could at least give me something that was made this week, if you’re not going to give me what I paid for.

The donuts were just regular style no special donuts and they told us that they couldn't get THEIR COUPONS to work.
