  first time trying jimmy johns, the people working were super friendly and helped me to pick to right Sandwhich, I’m a super picky eater and they were super nice and helpful!

  Worst experience ever. We were out of town and figured this would be a good go to for a quick lunch, however it took 50 minutes from order time to sandwiches in hand. Took 30 min to prepare and 20 min to deliver. We were .8 miles from the store and Google said it was a 4 min drive, yet it took 20 min ??? I called the store 25 min after I ordered and all they could say was it was “not assigned” yet and they had no drivers at that time. I thought this was Jimmy John’s ~ FREAKY FAST? NOT SO MUCH!

  How can you forget something on an online order!! Then when you call back they place you on hold and hang up. Totally not worth $7.50 for a sandwich
