  I wanted to like this location, as it is very convenient for me to get to but after one visit I fear I can't go back. The employees were very rude and dismissive which was a bit of a bummer, but the worst thing was watching the employee slicing turkey breast practice unsafe food preparation and handling. I watched this man use a knife to open the shrinkwrap on a turkey breast, use said knife to push down the garbage in a trash can a few times, and then turn and use it to open another turkey breast. I was shocked and it made me very concerned about the food safety standards at this location.

  I walked into the store to order a chicken bacon ranch, toasted and asked to add pickles and kick in ranch sauce and guacamole. He rolled his eyes and had a generally bad attitude. I didn’t feel comfortable having him make my sandwich based off his demeanor , so I watched him make it from the other side of the counter. He let two customers from behind me get their sandwich made before mine…..I didn’t say anything, just waited my turn to finally come up. He tossed the sandwich on the counter. I asked if he could cut it. He huffed loudly and made a very unnecessary scene about cutting this sandwich in half. Then he tossed the sandwich om the counter again. I asked for a bag to take my sandwich to go, and he said bags are right there and threw his hands up at me. ….so I reached across the bar to grab a bag, which I don’t feel is standard. Usually it’s frowned upon to reach behind a counter for sanitary purposes, but apparently they aren’t as concerned about those factors at this location. It really is unfortunate because I know there’s good people who work there and maybe this guy was having a bad day, but come on. We’re adults. Manage your emotions and don’t get ridiculous with people over a damn sandwich. Check number 175 09-30-2025 at 1:10pm jimmy johns #3251 the 293

  Siamo stati in vacanza 2 giorni a Nashville e siamo venuti qui due volte. Posizione centrale, panini buonissimi e, data la posizione in pieno downtown, economici. Le persone che lavorano qui sono state sempre gentili e simpatiche, aiutandoci con il nostro inglese non proprio perfetto, essendo noi italiani (immagino sia una rarità degli italiani qui). Abbiamo dato, oltre alla mancia, degli euro a una delle ragazze per la sua collezione di monete straniere, molto volentieri se lo meritava! Non so quando e se torneremo a Nashville, ma se dovesse accadere spero proprio ci sarà ancora Jimmy John's con i suoi panini. Spero che google translate traduca bene 😁. Un saluto a tutti da Roma!
