  Pretty rude employees here and the smoothie was okay for how much you pay. I definitely won't be back to a jamba juice. Also got charged for a large and received a medium.

  Absolutely horrible service they are extremely rude here management included. I stood at the counter while at least 6 people talked to each other. Finally someone came forward and took my order. I ordered a medium and they didn't even fill it all the way or give me the correct drink. I asked for a cup of water while I was in line and some white lady (with thin blonde hair and a receding hair line )manger filled water from the sink used to wash hands. She then had the audacity to walk past me and scoot it across the counter and say water. I was the only in line I find this not only rude but asinine behavior. Easy to access because I work here but honestly ready to hang up the towel because of how rude they are at this location.

  Stood in line for 30 mins!!! Then waited another 30 mins!! Absolutely terrible service. Upper management needs to get involved. From reviewing the last reviews, this location needs replaced with something else. Close it down. 2.5 average rating?? Wow. Make a change. Practice what your comments are saying and not just always apologizing.

  HIRE MORE FAST PEOPLE. THIS PLACE ALWAYS UNDER STAFFED, ITS BEEN 3x, I NEVER GOT ORDER BECAUSE LINE IS TOOOO LONG, no ingredients, nothing. Or just close this store. I only want a fruit shake smh
