We had a $532 bill…so…not an insignificant purchase. The service was amazing but we had an issue with a lobster tail. They eventually brought us a new lobster tail but by the time we received the lobster, we were done with our dinner. We gave 3/4 of the lobster to the men next to us at the bar. Ultimately, I had to ask the manager to remove the lobster from the bill. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience or the issue…not even a dessert. Disappointed in how the manager handled the issue. Essentially nothing was really done.

I feel like the manager should be aware that the staff working this event were not very professional or thorough. The event host interrupted her own presentation multiple times to ask the waiters to do their jobs as politely as possible. Bob (I believe) completely ignored some guests at the tables but hovered over others. He would pass out plates for dessert after the three meat appetizers that were very over seasoned but then not give plates to one person at the table and then not pass out food to them either. It was odd. There were a couple vegan guests who tried to flag them down to order something without meat in it but it was difficult to get the waiters’ attention. The host again had to mention we were going to need menus to order more food (they probably had a certain amount they paid for and no one was being offered the option to order more food). I really was surprised how poorly this went when the event of 16-17 people took place mid day on a weekday. Super manageable.
