Overall, I love Fleming's. It's my go-to when I am in Nashville to grab a drink with clients, my staff or just something for myself after a long day. The Food & Service are always on point; never a question here.
I'll still come here but for large groups/holiday parties, I won't be back. The sales folks are always nice but talk to you like they are doing you a favor to fit you in and let you order a la carte. I had 17 people for my department Christmas party this year, at the beginning of the month. We had a great time and again, the food and service were great with a default 22% gratuity that I also added additional 10% cash gratuity.
Acting like you're doing us a favor to fit us in and cramming in our tables together only to find the restaurant almost empty then adding a 5% admin fee on my bill, really feels like being nickeled and dimed. Your restaurant is almost empty a few weeks before the holiday in Nashville, I am bringing you business and you charge an admin fee to fill your empty seats? There are plenty of options in Nashville and we'll exercise those options going forward. I am sure it was in the agreement and I didn't look at it close enough, so shame on me but shame on you for your petty greed. Hope the 5% was worth it.

Service was slow (very slow), and they had musician playing music (not very talented), so loud you could not carry on a conversation. Very disappointed with the experience. The food was ok, but nothing to write home about

Order filet mignon medium plus and a rib eye medium. The filet was borderline medium leaning towards rare. The rib eye came cold and raw. Sent it back. They “warmed” both steaks. The filet was medium well and dry as a bone. The rib eye was burnt on the bottom and still raw in the middle. Manager removed the steaks from our tab. Charged $37 per baked potatoe, $45 for a wedge salad and $45 per whiskey sour. Recommend avoiding this place at all cost. Better places to eat eapecially at that price

I booked a reservation fo Thanksgiving dinner weeks in advance, when my party dwindled to 3 guests I offered to sit at the bar and free up a table. That was a mistake.
We ordered the Beef Wellington bites as an appetizer, after 30 minutes they finally arrived soggy. They were graciously taken off of the bill.
We ordered 2 of the turkey dinners and 1 filet dinner. Our appetizers 2 soups and a salad came out in an appropriate amount of time. We then waited another 40 minutes for our dinners. The creamed corn brulee I ordered never came to the table. When the meals finally arrived, the food was cold but on a scorching hot plate. They then offered to heat up the dinners but it was pointless at this point.
Of course the food was taken off of the bill, but we sat there for 3 hours and ate nothing so not paying for it was obvious. However nothing was done to recover my dining experience. As a manager in a local restaurant here in town I'm painfully disappointed in my entire experience.
The bartender was so busy making drinks she had no time to build a relationship with her guests. We sat there for 3 hours and had issue after issue, The manager came by once and the bartender couldn't tell you anything about any of my guests or me. The apologies seemed empty and without the essence of hospitality. It was a cold dining experience where I left starving.

Went for Thanksgiving. I understand it is a holiday but to get bread service and apps before my cocktail and sparkling water was odd. My son had the steak which was delicious but my traditional Thanksgiving dinner of turkey, dressing and green beans was just awful. The turkey was dry and I was given slices that were full of fat. The green beans had zero flavor whatsoever. The stuffing was decent and so were the mashed potatoes but for what I paid, I'm seriously disappointed and quite honestly shocked. I didn't have the heart to say anything to the waitress, it's not her fault.
