However they forgot the second member of my party’s food as in they didn’t even put his Burger on our order. They got his fries and drink but never put in his order for his burger (we didn’t catch the mistake on our receipt) unfortunately we were in a rush and couldn’t stay around to fix this issue so my friend had to go hungry :(

The food is delicious and there has been only 1 time in 20 they got our order wrong and it was just regular onions instead of grilled onions so, barely anything. Delicious food, good environment. :)

They are super friendly, have wonderful senses of humor and very kind people. I love coming in here, it feels like my grandmamas kitchen. The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
