At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

Everything was amazing, but I was so impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the manager/owner here. Even though they were busy, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that we were happy with our food. You can really feel that they care about their customers. The food was incredible! Everything was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The brisket was tender, the sides were delicious, and the whole place just has a great atmosphere. Definitely one of the best BBQ spots in Nashville — can’t wait to come back!
