At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

Stop passing your expense if brisket on to the customer. trim it properly. Manager leans against the post the entire time. Check your tables or go stand over your pit master until they do better
- KGKenneth GeraciMar 2, 20265.0This is a do it yourself restaurant order in the front and put your # on the table and a server will bring your food if you want a beer go to the bar and get it you have to pay at the bar park in the rear of Edley’s not in the other lot don’t pay for parking they will validate your parking at the end of dinner other then that the bbq was really good exceptional fall of the bone ribs the sampler was great too you get to pick 3 items and 2 sides pulled chicken and pork were great, brisket was really good too

Very friendly staff and service. Unfortunately we live in Iowa so it's not available to eat more often! If we make it back to Nashville that'll be our to go for chow!

The burnt ends were tender and tasty.Wish they had a little glaze on them.Grits were creamy.The brisket sandwich with an egg was good but brisket was slightly dry and sandwich seemed lost on large plate by itself. Parking is somewhat tough.Street parking but there us public parking but it is pricey
