At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

Interesting and unique entrance. Orders taken at cashier's and a table marker given. We ordered the half rack of ribs, 2 orders smoked chicken wings bone in, smash burger, catfish platter. Sides of mac-n-cheese, coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans and a banana Foster in a mug. Everything was very tasty. Ample portions. The only thing that made the dine in not so good was the noise level. The music was too loud. Not a spot for conversations and family time. Just eat and go. Overall the food was good but not the noise level. I don't understand why restaurants have to blast the music so loudly. Is it to encourage families or friends to eat and get out quickly? Boggle, boggle.

We had an excellent experience at this BBQ restaurant. We ordered the BBQ pork ribs and BBQ meat, and everything was absolutely delicious. The ribs were tender, juicy, and full of smoky BBQ flavor, cooked just right so the meat came off the bone easily. The BBQ meat was well-seasoned, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, not dry at all, with that authentic barbecue taste you expect from a good BBQ place. The sides were just as good as the main dishes. The cornbread was warm, soft, and slightly sweet, clearly freshly made. The potato salad was creamy, fresh, and well balanced, and the coleslaw added a nice, refreshing contrast to the rich BBQ flavors. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, not processed or reheated.Overall, the food quality was outstanding. The flavors were rich, the portions were satisfying, and the attention to detail was noticeable. This is definitely a place we would come back to, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic, high-quality BBQ with delicious sides.

This is Edley's on Lebanon Road. We have eaten at the Edley's on Murphy Road many times and it has always been excellent. We love the Pulled pork BBQ nachos. They are always hot and fresh with a generous portion of meat and cheese. We tried this one on Lebanon Road. We were surprised when we were told that their nachos didn't have jalapeños on them unless you asked for them. So we asked for them to be added. When the nachos were served, the BBQ was in big chunks and only on half of the nachos. It was also barely warm. The chips were not that fresh or hot. We were very disappointed.

Today we visited Edley's BBQ, and unfortunately we had a very unpleasant and shocking experience. When the cornbread was brought to our table, we noticed visible mold on it. This was genuinely surprising and disappointing, especially in a place that serves food professionally.
To be fair, the staff were warm, polite, and tried to be helpful, and I appreciate their attitude. However, finding mold in food is a serious issue and overshadows everything else. Food safety is non-negotiable, and an experience like this makes it very hard to feel comfortable eating here again.
Because of this incident, despite the kindness of the employees, I can only give this place one star. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their quality control moving forward.

Someone recommended that I try you guys but sorry to tell you it's a BIG NO for me I will stick with Bar B Cuties or Famous Dave. First of all when I order barbecue I expect my ribs to be coated in barbecue sauce. I don't need a slab of ribs or any other meat serve to me with barbecue sauce drizzled on the top. Were the ribs baked and burned? Sure tasted like it. The Brisket was dry with no sauce. Oh I was given a small container of Red sauce so I'm guessing it is not barbecue sauce? Second of all the sides were horrible. Who makes baked beans with kidney beans. MIXED BAKED beans ,Yuck !,Macaroni was mushy ( overcooked.)
Don't get me started on the cornbread who in the south makes cornbread with red and green peppers? Oh I forgot Edley! Every side they served had red and green peppers. The cornbread, the greens, the so-called baked beans. The peppers are not not making any of the food more flavorful. What a waste of 31 dollars. Total Garbage! Not worth the money. The only reason why you see the beans on top of the lid is because I had to scoop some out of the garbage can.
