At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

It’s a bbq place so things sell out thats understandable even though it was still pretty early in the day. Then I waited 30mins for the food. Normally not a problem but everything besides the fries was cold. Why did I wait 30mins for cold food. Food that wasn’t even good brisket was dry and chewy the pork was tough and bland. Very disappointing experience.
