At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

I was glad something was open on New Year’s Day and that the place wasn’t busy. I ordered 2 brisket sandwiches and fountain sodas to go. Ended up waiting 30+ minutes while everyone else around me (including guests that arrived after I did) got their huge plates of food brought out with a sense of urgency. I could see staff playing around, snacking, and drinking soda in the back kitchen. I finally had to go ask the host what was going on. I mean how long does it take to pull together 2 simple sandwiches?? Food was cold. Honestly, you can get better brisket anywhere in the United States. Unnecessary wait pissed me off and I really do want a refund.
