- EVE VFeb 12, 20262.0I’ve been a consistent customer here ever since this location opened. I’ve never had so much trouble ordering a drink than I have the last few weeks here. I don’t understand why they continue to get my drink order wrong after being so specific that I feel like I’m being annoying for specifying. Though, no matter my specification the drink comes back wrong HALF the time. I stopped by this morning and I was quite specific again, the young lady who took my order seemed to understand that I wanted the BANANA BREAD LATTE that is featured on the menu as a CHAI instead, I always say please just swap out the coffee for chai because the combo with the chocolate milk tastes great! Then no matter what I do or don’t do to order this drink correctly the barista never seems to make it the way I want. This morning a different barista handed me the drink, I said “Does this have the chocolate milk in it?” Knowing the answer to my own question, but she surprised me with her answer saying they don’t make that banana bread latte as a chai. Which is not true because other baristas have made it exactly how I wanted! Is it truly difficult to swap coffee for chai? Am I asking the impossible? Did the other baristas break the rules for me? I mean if I’m polite, pay for my drink, and always tip 20% or more no matter what, and am clear with my order what is the problem? The baristas here are always kind and seem to be having fun even when the lines are long or it’s cold out or whatever. After telling me they don’t make the drink as I ordered it she offered to fix it. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time because we were trying to make a 10am appointment in Donelson. It’s a choice to choose Dutch Bros over Starbucks in that location. I don’t want to take my business elsewhere but something has GOT to give. I don’t think rudeness gets anyone anywhere, and I apologize if this is coming off as rude. I guess I’m just extremely frustrated about this. I just want a banana bread chai as I order it 😭

The staff were super friendly and actually took the time to recommend drinks based on what I like — not rushed at all. My coffee came out smooth, fresh, and perfectly balanced, and the energy at the stand just made my day better. Fast service, great vibes, and consistent quality. Definitely one of those spots you keep going back to.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
