They always go out of their way to make my drink EXTRA EXTRA and I appreciate them sooo much for putting up with my EXTRA requests. It always puts me in a good mood to start my day with good people with good energy and fun banter! You guys are my fav! Thank you for all that you do!!
- JAJonathan A4 days ago1.0It’s been twice already that I made a mobile order to pick up my drink and it’s still not ready by the time I get there. Why is that? There’s a reason why I made a mobile order so by the time I get there it’s already ready, but no when I do get there I still got to wait for them to make it. Today I didn’t have the time and I asked for a refund and the employee had the audacity to tell me that she can make my food asap…. Why wasn’t the food prepared in the first place? Why did it take for me to ask for my refund to get the employee to start doing her job? If you guys can’t have the drinks ready to go for the people that do mobile orders then don’t have the option available.

- GSGrant SummarNov 16, 20255.0Julia did so much to enhance the joy and merriment of the coming holiday season. she reminded me of an elf in many ways… perchance… it was her birthday shift and at first i took pity on this poor young woman who had been forced to work on what should be a day of celebration, but she then clarified it was not her actual birthday. sure she may have lied to me at first saying it was her birthday, but it brought me immense joy to see someone so excited to grow and age. she should be in charge of this stand there no one quite like her.

We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
