The staff is always incredibly smiley and welcoming even on cold wet mornings when most people are still half asleep. They already know my order when I pull up which makes me feel like a regular they genuinely care about and not just another customer in line. They always ask about my day and actually mean it which is such a rare and refreshing touch. The prices are so much better compared to other coffee shops around especially for the quality and energy boost you get. Their drinks are amazing and keep me energized all day long. The vibes are consistently positive upbeat and fun. I love going so much that I am there about four to five times a week now. I cannot recommend this location enough!

No stickers on sticker day, getting orders wrong, not making them pretty like the other locations, I'm just fed up with them, I will not be giving this specific location my business from here on out.
- CWCharlotte WalkerDec 6, 20251.0So my sister had a free drink and if course the people at the drive thru served everybody including people who got there after us and came up to us with no hi , hello ,or how are you??? came up to us asked us about our order and afterwards said no your welcome and we pulled up to the window and her order was for 9:45 and and two people got their order before her and it was ONE drink like genuinely the audacity of somebody working somewhere that one of the components is good customer service is actually insane and her drink was ready as soon as we got to the window at 9:50 so yeah I think discriminating against people who have a free drink is insane

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
