    Costumer service is not too bad but every time I go and get a drink from this specific store and this specific store ONLY my drink always comes out bitter no matter how much liquid cane sugar I ask for Why am I paying for a drink that tastes like crap. At other stores the drink tastes just as fine

    I USE TO LOVE THIS LOCATION UNTIL 9.2.2025 I USED THE MOBILE APP AND THEY COULD NOT FIND MY ORDER. I SAT LINE AND I ASKED LADY WITH GLASSES FOR HELP AND TRIED SHOWING HER MY ORDER ON MY MOBILE. SHE WALKS AWAY SAYING SHE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING EVEN AFTER SHOWING HER PROOF OF MY ORDER. SO I GO INTO THE STORE SICK 😫 TO SEEK HELP FROM ANOTHER EMPLOYEE (BLONDE NICE CHICK) AND SHE HELPED ME AND GAVE ME MY DONUT WHICH I USED MY REWARD POINTS FOR....

    Terrible service was handed my so called 25 dollar order of donuts to just get a 4 dollar drink an told I had to go ask for a refund on the app that never came btw what donut place runs out of donuts an still lets u order ???

    There was a young male cashier in there.And when I was trying to order on the kiosk, he interrupted me to take my order himself. After I had ordered, he asked me if that was it, as if I was supposed to spend a ton of money in there or something. Customer service representatives, including Cashiers, need to be fully trained and aware that they are not allowed to ask customers if "that's it" when they're making a purchase. It's completely up to the customer when they arrive and what they order. So, there shouldn't ever be a problem if a customer only wants one or two items. Let them order any available item that they choose and pay and then leave without the Cashiers commenting.
