- LRLesile RemaFeb 10, 20261.0One of the worst Dunkin’ locations around. The service is extremely inconsistent sometimes you get decent workers, other times you get employees with zero manners. The drive thru experience was rude and unprofessional. If you don’t like dealing with customers, you shouldn’t be working customer service. A nasty attitude and disrespectful tone is unacceptable no matter how busy it is. Management needs to seriously address the behavior here because it leaves a terrible impression of the brand. I won’t be returning.
- BPben paseltinerJan 18, 20262.0I feel bad as the workers have to contend with having zero products on a seemingly constant basis. Weird to be told the store has zero, yes, ZERO donuts. At the donut shop. To not have any muffins too is almost crazy, had to laugh it off. Workers are nice, Dunkin isn’t nice to them. This wasn’t the first time a bulk of items weren’t available.
