The service was slow, unprofessional, and nothing like what you’d expect from a brand like Dunkin’. Definitely needs better management and staff training. Then I am on my way to church trying to get a coffee and the order taker look like she don’t want to work. Didn’t even try to take the order in a friendly matter. After setting there for 20min. Man they need to get new personal and a manager that knows how to handle a fast food restaurant!!!! Never going there!!!!
- MCMimi CortezSep 29, 20251.0Las Tuesday at 7:30ish pm my husband and I stopped by and the lady immediately stated they were closed… keep in mind we already had an issue like this before and the manager the following day had to provide me my order that has been placed through my app. So this time we decided to stop by instead so that we didn’t have the same issue from before happen only to be told they were closed and when told their signed said 9 they then changed the subject to they have sold out of EVERYTHING??!!! Like please do explain how that happens I’ve been going to Dunkin’s for years and never had someone tell me they sold out of everything only for the following morning for everything to be back in’s tick… wow. This Dunkin needs to hire better employees that actually want to work.
