Absolutely not 🙏I hope the sides of your pillows are never cold.

I arrived at the drive thru and received a message to pull up that my order would be ready. I pulled to the window and watched two workers load donuts on the racks for 20 minutes while being ignored. After twenty plus minutes a third worker opened the window and rudely stated they didn’t open for another thirty minutes. I informed him the app took the order and my money. I wanted a refund or my order. He shook his head, waved his hand at me and then locked the window before walking away. Other vehicles pulled up and also waited while the workers made no attempted to provide any customer service of any kind. I have stopped here before because of the convenient location for my work but the consistent poor customer service is too much. This will be the last time. I’m a life long DD customer but will take my business else where and delete their app from my phone.

The speaker is broken too and apparently corporate can't get it fix till after new years? I haven't even tried the sandwich from the meal deal and while the hash browns did taste pretty good, I have a feeling that I'm going to be equally as disappointed in the quality of the sandwich as I was in the quantity of the hash. That being said I will say that everybody makes mistakes and the people who work here were very kind and completely professional. I'm still going to give a one-star review, because that is a really big mistake to have on top of having non-functional equipment at the store. But five stars for service.
