  At the speaker, I ordered my coffee with four creams, but the screen only showed one. I politely mentioned that it should be four, and the employee responded in a snippy tone saying that she had it. When I got to the window, I noticed my coffee was much darker than it should have been, so I asked for extra cream. The employee made a rude face and told me I would need to pull forward and wait because there was a line. At other Dunkin locations, I’ve simply been handed the creamer to fix it myself, which only takes a few seconds. The line was moving quickly, but it seemed like that was because orders were being rushed and not prepared correctly. Fast service is appreciated, but not at the expense of accuracy and basic customer service.

  We waited for 10+ minutes for four breakfast sandwiches after they gave us our coffee. The girl working the counter was rude and wouldn’t even look at us. I honestly don’t think any of the sandwiches were heated up or cooked when we finally got them and it looked like they just threw them in the bag. They were cold, the cheese wasn’t melted, and one of them only had half a sausage patty added to it. They also got our coffee orders wrong, twice.

  Ordered via the mobile app and placed an order for an iced coffee with oat milk flavorings etc. used my code and submitted my order. I drove all the way to come pick up order for this note to be placed on the speaker box. If you are out of items they should be marked unavailable on the app so avoid these inconveniences for both customers and staff.

  I came up here multiple times around 5pm when the store closes at 7pm. Every time I request for food (breakfast sandwich) they claim that they are closing down the store and can not serve me.

  This location is not so great. This morning was my last time going there. I ordered ahead. The lady brought my sandwich and not my drink. I politely said thank you but I had a drink. She gave me the nastiest look and said I don’t do drinks 😂 2 minutes later came out and gave the guy his sandwich and his drink 🤣 considering this is my 5th trip there and someone either has an attitude or my drink is wrong it’s safe to say I won’t be having Dunkin as long as I’m over in this area. 🤷🏽‍♀️
