- KHKristin HeilJan 2, 20265.0Quick drive-thru visit for my mom. The staff was super sweet and there were several signs listing all available donuts around the drive-thru so that was helpful. We also got a cute bag with our donut purchase.

She was on the phone with someone trying to tell her how to ring up one hot chocolate after 10 minutes waiting the hot chocolate setting on the counter getting cold. She still couldn't figure it out. I told her it was fine I no longer wanted to wait.

When I went to the window I was told it was mobile order and drive through only. The employee said she only had one register and could not ring up a coffee. Although this maybe for safety reasons, it's unfortunate individual thinking skills cannot be used in moments like this. The patio has nice table and chairs to enjoy a coffee but without the mobile app it's not happening. And yes. I could have downloaded the app and put in a mobile order but after the poor customer service I decided it was not worth my business. I really want the business to do well. In fact my daughter who was visiting grabbed a coffee and raved about how good it was. She left a review at my request to provide the community and staff the feedback. Disappointing but maybe things will change with honest reviews.

There’s a sticker on the window that says “love it or we will remake it” and that’s not followed at this store. Save yourself time and money and visit any other location.
