- JMJackie MikhailJan 14, 20261.0I mean I get that you guys just opened and you needed to hire someone, but these employees are awful! Ordered bagel breakfast sandwich which came out almost burnt. Couldn't eat the bagel because it was super tough. Hashbrowns were overfried, hard, and cold. Croissant breakfast sandwich was dry, with extremely thin bacon, and the egg was cold. The girl handed me the bag, I turned to set it down, and turned back to get my kids hot chocolates and she had disappeared. I waited for like 3 minutes before someone else came with the hot chocolate. And then I realized they also didn't give me the donut holes. I've tried this place 5x since it opened cause I like their iced coffee, but everytime there is always something wrong with the order. I'll drive the extra couple minutes to go to Chick-fil-A next time.

- EGErika GreenDec 31, 20251.0Been here 3 times within a month. Always say Hot XL coffee. I continue to receive room temp coffee. When I complain I get rude remarks. I might try again and be specific I want freshly made hot coffee but overall their service has been bad so far.
