How are you going to be located in downtown Nashville and cannot even get simple orders out in a timely fashion. This is the second time i have placed an order at 10:30 am, to ensure it is delivered by my lunch time of 11:30. Called the store at 11:20, going into the oven. Called back at 11:50, still not ready. Had to cancel because i missed my whole lunch waiting. Pay your employees a livable wage so people will work there. Management, do better.

We’ve been using the branch for 4 years already and a nice gentleman over the phone always tried to help if something went wrong with online order. But she was rude with no polite words, just kept telling me that she is not in chatge of online orders and that she us not responfible if i cant read a discriptiond of orders. Defenetly not a best Eployee.

I look at the clock and realize it's 30 minutes past the time they said it would be delivered to my door. I go to the door and low and behold there is my pizza sitting in the cold on my front porch. No door knock, no phone call, no nothing! When I called to store, the guy there syas he has to ask the driver when he gets back what happened. Customer service... guess not.
