  This place was beyond great. Started out stopping here to have a quick snack on Christmas Day to figure out where to next, but found out they have a great dinner menu too. Our bartender Trent was so helpful with our questions and made sure we got a reservation booked for later which was a life saver because the place was packed. When we came back for dinner Haley & Timothy were SO helpful and made sure we got seated right away, and continually made time to check on us despite how busy it was. Our server Liz was accommodating, friendly, attentive. The food was AMAZING. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. We came back for brunch on the weekend and got another bartender, Ivy, who also was great! Super cool and talked to us a bunch about where we’re from, our trip, etc. And the manager Haley was here again too and recognized us and helped us out with what to order. Overall out of the 3 times we came each time was 100/10 and it will be a must stop anytime we come back!

  Amazing experience on Christmas. The bartenders Emma, Liz, and Trent were amazing and worked so hard. The managers Payne, Timothy, and Hayley are incredible and help the staff so much. The steak was phenomenal. Everything was perfect. Merry Christmas!

  Even though it was Christmas evening and incredibly busy, the management team at Del Frisco’s Downtown Nashville truly stepped up and delivered an outstanding experience. They handled the chaos with professionalism and grace, managing difficult and angry customers while still making sure our meal and overall experience were absolutely perfect. The level of leadership, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality did not go unnoticed. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and exceptional service—especially on a holiday. We truly appreciate you.

  I had dinner at Del Frisco’s Grille Nashville on Christmas, and the experience was truly exceptional. The restaurant was incredibly busy because of the holiday, and I witnessed a few moments where reservations were backed up and some guests were less than gracious. Through it all, the leadership and staff handled everything with calm, professionalism, and genuine care. Haley, the GM, along with another manager on duty, stood out for their kindness, awareness, and steady presence. They modeled what great hospitality looks like under pressure, leading with grace while making guests feel seen and valued. And the food? Absolutely five-star. Every dish was excellent and worth the wait. This was a reminder that outstanding service isn’t about perfection; it’s about how you show up when things get challenging. I’ll definitely be back. An awesome experience all around.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Had a 6 pm reservation, arrived at 550 and checked in upon arrival. They were busy, and had about 40 people outside waiting. Hostess said it would be about 15 minutes. Figured it would be a little longer because of how busy they were. So we waited, and waited and waited and waited. An hour goes by, with people arriving after us getting seated. I got a text at 650 saying table was ready, so I go back to the hostess. She said, i dodnt send that text, well someone did. She said they had people who were paid and done eating but not leaving. Again there's 40 people waiting outside, and even more inside. She tells me hold on for a few minutes. We waited another 20 minutes and left after more people there after is got sat down. Party of 2, not some crazy party. This was very poorly organized. I understand it's Christmas day but why even take reservations if you can't keep them. Not sure i would come back honestly, esprcially for the Christmas day dinner. Was gonna spend $250 for the prime rib dinner, but ended up at waffle house after this fiasco.
