  None of the games worked properly. The game tech agreed. I will not return after this experience. Even had a toy stuck in the crane machine after we won. Had to call a game tech after each game. It was difficult to want to stay and finish using our chips. Never has that happened in 10 yrs of going. People are wasting their money in there and not getting their proper tickets, games taking your chips twice and not working. I didnt even get all of mine returned bc it was too busy to call the tech a third time. I told the manageme nt no refund. Just a few extra chips to spe d more time being frustrated.

  Our group of 12 plus baby got there about noon. It was not busy. We sat there for 41 minutes before the waitress came to get drink orders for some of us then 2 of my grandsons dud not get their drinks so we had to remind waitress. We were told there was no fish and chips which was ok with us. My husband ordered a rack of ribs but only got fries with them. He was not told there was no coleslaw until after he received his meal. My daughter got a steak salad and it was brought with none of the toppings. She had to ask for them and got them when she was almost done. No garlic bread with a pasta dish until it was over half eaten (it was ordered with the dish). My granddaughter asked for BBQ sauce with her wings and got ranch. She got the BBQ sauce when she was almost done eating. For our first experience eating there it was not a good one. We will definitely not go back due to so many issues with our food and drinks.

  dave and busters is a nice place to go with the right people. i had a great time ! each place had its own atmosphere. the bar was pretty calm and quiet, the bowling alley wasnt extremely rowdy, but the arcade area was bustling ! unfortunately, the service for the gift shop was very poor. the area was small, the prizes were overpriced (of course), the workers at the cash register in the gift shop as well as one of the stockers had poor attitudes. the man stocking looked like he was annoyed that someone was "in his way". it didnt look good on the employees. the cashier lady was better, but she had a flat tone. she couldve been worse, but she needs work on her people skills. overall: dave and busters is a wonderful experience sober or drunk !

  Worst experience I have had at a BDs— food was wrong and cold. Server was terrible, timeless and customer service was terrible. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant, pure waste of money. At first I kept an open mind because of the holidays, but terrible is terrible. I observed the manager and several other workers take food to the wrong table multiple times during my time there- shows the problem is systemic, not a one-off.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Dave & Buster’s. I came with a party of about 20 people, and even though our section was mostly empty, the service was extremely slow and the staff was not very nice. It took a long time for the waitress to even come take our drink orders. By the time she came over, we were ready to order food as well, but she said she would only do drinks. The drinks then took forever to come out. After that, it took even longer to place our food order. When the food finally arrived, we were told they were out of ribs, which caused even more waiting. On top of that, the staff seemed annoyed and unhelpful instead of apologetic or professional. Overall, the slow service, lack of communication, and unfriendly attitude made this a frustrating experience, especially with such a large group. I expected much better.
