I’ve been here about 8 times, and only 2 of those visits were even moderately good—both times because of the same single employee who was actually helpful. Outside of that, the experience has been consistently poor. They are almost always out of major ingredients, and tonight was the worst yet: no chicken, chimichurri sauce, fajita veggies, cheese, chips, or queso. Ingredients that were available clearly needed to be replenished. Btw, this was at about 4:45pm - why aren’t they prepared for a potential dinner rush?? I was also told they couldn’t make an adult-sized quesadilla and would only make a kids one, even though I’ve ordered an adult quesadilla here before. To make it more frustrating, there were fajita veggies visible in the drive-through area, and I was told they couldn’t use them. The restaurant itself is dirty and poorly maintained—paper straw wrappers, crumpled napkins, spills on the counter, and an unpleasant smell throughout the store. The service is usually unfriendly and unhelpful. I kept giving this location chances because it’s close to my house, but stopping here is honestly a sad and frustrating experience almost every time. There are much better Chipotle locations elsewhere — I’d recommend avoiding this one.

Just waited 30 minutes (after the “pick up time”) - half the order was still not ready, was missing chips / queso, drinks, utensils (never hold my breath for these), etc. Drove home, the entire order is wrong. Hoping for a refund while I wait for my Moes to arrive. Save your time, money, sanity and go to midtown or change your mind.
