  Overcharged me for my bowl and got an attitude when i asked for overcharged portion to be refunded. Also, they never have vinaigrette and when they do, they only fill up cup halfway.

  I'm a regular customer, but this was my first time at this Chipotle, and it's the first time I haven't enjoyed the food. The service was incredibly slow, and everything looked dirty and disorganized. What I usually love about Chipotle is how well-seasoned the food is, but I can honestly say my bowl tasted like NOTHING.

  Placed an order for drive thru pickup as our order was ready at 6:20. We arrived on time and they didn’t acknowledge us and give us our order until after 6:40. Already knew our food wasn’t going to be great since we watched it sit for 20 mins while they wouldn’t acknowledge us, we get home and it’s barely edible. I’ve been to this location many times and I just cannot do it anymore. If I were you then I would take the extra time and go to a different location

  I never leave reviews on food places, but this Chipotle has brought me to the end of my patience. Every time I come here, the price is different……even though I order the exact same bowl every time. I never ask for anything extra, just steak and queso, and it’s usually around $12–$14. Today, I came in and, as usual, they were out of almost everything. What they did have looked either undercooked or burnt. When I ordered, the employee gave me about five tiny pieces of steak. I never ask for extra, but when I politely asked for a bit more, she said it would cost extra…. even though my bowl was barely filled to begin with. Then, somehow, my total came out to $20. That’s the most I’ve ever paid for a Chipotle bowl in my life. I always try to be patient with this location. I’ve dealt with the bad attitudes, the dirty environment, and the lack of ingredients but what I won’t do is pay extra for something I should’ve received from the start. I’ve lived in Nashville for a year and a half now, and this location has never improved. If anything, it’s gotten worse over time. This will be my last time coming here, because at least at other locations, the food and service actually deserve the word “extra.”

  DONT order from here. Half of the employees don’t know what they’re doing and the other half makes it everyone elses problem that they have to work. I always ignored it because I doubt any of them get paid enough to be there but the last time I came through was the final straw when the employee refused to help us and slammed the window in our face. We barely had a 2 min conversation and not a thing was said that EVER deserved the attitude she had. All because she found out I ordered from the wrong location. I was so shocked at her slamming the window on us without even discussing what I need to do to remedy the situation I decided to go somewhere else. DESPITE paying for the food. I assumed I could get a refund when I got back to work. Even worse, I won’t be getting a refund because I “have” to order from a new location to get the refund. All she had to do was tell me to put a new order in and go back through and not only would it have fixed the situation I would have been able to get a refund. Don’t order from here unless you want attitude and long waits. If you order from chipotle in general, hope nothing gets messed up because they won’t help you online either.
