  This location needs to be shut down immediately. No way they have a passing score from the health department. Not changing gloves when touching the cash register and picking up lettuce with hands. They brought "fresh" brown rice that looked like slop. I will say the young lady was working as hard as she could filling the orders but the rest of her team was lacking. Choosing to continue chopping steak instead of bringing what she called for. Dried out veggies and things mixed into other food. This is disgusting and not a fair representation of chipotle. Please avoid this location. I have no doubt you will get food poisoning here just from the look of the place.

  It’s messy and loud. Like the food. People yapping during lunch about office life and other DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers scurrying around the place, coming in staring at their phones and leaving carrying way too many orders.

  Some of the rudest staff I have ever encountered honestly. There was not even a line and it was just our party of four and the guy yelled at my sister to hurry up and stop asking for “a little” of things and proceeded to slop massive portions on top of her bowl passive aggressively, so much in fact that the lid wouldn’t even fit on it. The cashier was rude as well and wouldn’t even acknowledge us while she rang us out. Found bones in my chicken and I honestly don’t know how they are still even open.

  This is like yelling at my own child but is needed for improvement. ROSA PARKS team what are we even doing at this point ??? Yall playing in faces. Manager barking orders at poor girl in the front on Valentines is crazy. To set it off my bowl had bones in it ??? SEE ATTACHED PHOTO. Flavor was MIA and the collection of cold and wet this bowl provided will haunt me for generations to come. I asked for guac girl but maybe one drop on the bowl. Thankfully cashier didn’t even ring it up right so I wasn’t charged. Not sure where the fix is here but glad I was able to document this. I feel like I survived a bad car crash.   *AVOID THIS PLACE* Asked for light sour cream and extra shredded cheese. Couldn’t even eat this bowl after mixing it all together for 15 mins it’s just sopping wet with sour cream. I was looking forward to a comforting bowl instead of almost vomiting when seeing it. Person behind counter was short and rude and when we bought a bag of chips to go with the guacamole side, they gave us a bag that has literally less than 20 chips.
