Another time I went in there and one of the guys didn’t drain the beans and it wrecked both bowls. This place needs a serious revamp— awful culture — Starting with the manager who yelled at me saying she had to get back to her kid who was an hour away. I don’t really care like don’t close your register down at 9:54 PM. I’m never going back there. Just to be clear the reason this is a one star two is because they didn’t wanna give me any free food. Despite the fact they had a full line full of food. They made me drive 20 minutes to another chipotle. Literally, they just don’t understand customer service and it’s a joke. The register ( (and store) should not have been closed at 9:54 PM.

The staff is rude and make it seem like youre an inconvenience for ordering your food. Instead refunding this food, they wanted to give a coupon for me to buy a another bowl..... No thanks, I don't want to get another undercooked bowl of rice. I'll just never eat here again.

The workers were all kind, welcoming, and efficient. I haven’t seen a Chipotle location as clean in years. I’ll definitely be back in the future!
