No customer service, they are almost out of everything, they just give you anything. You feel you they giving you food for free! To be specific, most of not all Chipotle locations in Nashville snd around Nashville got bad rantings, weird!!

The cashier also was closing my bowl without asking me for lettuce and was clearly frustrated when I asked her to add lettuce. They treated me like I was an annoying bum. Next, I asked if the Red Chimchuri is chargeable and was told it wasn't, then when I go to pay I get charged $1 for queso (which again I wasn't told is charged extra) and $1.1 for the chimchuri. I go to return the chimchuri dip since I thought that was not chargeable and the cashier tells me they told me earlier it was chargeable which they did not. Then I'm laughed at and looked at like I'm holding up the line when I want to return something I thought wasn't chargeable. Another person besides me pays $1 to them to return to me as if I'm a beggar and then they give me the $1. Humiliating experience, I'll avoid coming here.
