The cashier also was closing my bowl without asking me for lettuce and was clearly frustrated when I asked her to add lettuce. They treated me like I was an annoying bum. Next, I asked if the Red Chimchuri is chargeable and was told it wasn't, then when I go to pay I get deducted $1 for queso (which again I wasn't told is charged extra) and $1.1 for the chimchuri. I go to return the chimchuri dip since I thought that was not chargeable and the cashier tells me they told me earlier it was chargeable which they did not. Then I'm laughed at and looked at like I'm holding up the line when I want to return something I thought wasn't chargeable. Another person besides me pays $1 to them to return to me as if I'm a beggar and then they give me the $1. Humiliating experience, I'll avoid coming here.

Judging by the other reviews, this is a recurring problem and the manager needs to step it up

Today it was close to my errands so I placed an online order. I couldn’t place a side of sour cream or vinaigrette online so I purposely came in a few minutes earlier to request this (happy to pay for it of course!) and the lady packing to-go orders was SO rude. She didn’t even let me speak just said “what’s the name” I told her and she goes “the order that’s ready at 1:10…you can wait” and then proceeded to turn her back to me very rudely without letting me explain that I came in early to ask for a side. Anyways so I finally get my order and I ask for the side of sauces and she rudely says I can’t get that from her (after I watched her hand a side of vinaigrette to someone else lol) so then I had to get in line and get it from the main counter. Also when I got my food (a quesadilla) it was falling apart and barely stuffed. Not sure what I paid $16 when the main entree was ripped off. Overall my experience was horrible due to the rude to-go orders staff member and lack of hospitality. I will not be coming back to this location. Save yourself the time and trouble
