Not only did they not prepare the order but refused to give me a refund even when I presented them the receipt. They said I “had to submit the refund on the app”. The app is terrible and uses a chat bot. Never got my food or a refund. Just a horrible experience with terrible customer service and an incompetent staff.

This is my trip to Chipotle. The last few experiences have been terrible. Makes me sad because I used to really love this establishment.

Came here for the first time ever, said I wanted a burrito, asked for beef, she replied "what beef" I pointed at the beef and she said "what beef" pointed again at the beef, she ignored and kept asking "brown rice?" "Brown rice?" Never asked for it. And just kept being confusing just told her I couldn't understand her because the music was on blast and her accent was too heavy to talk to and understand. Just left.
