We were commanded to tell the person making our food to provide the total number of bowls before they would begin our order and we didn't want only bowls! They had very limited amount of meat available at 8:30 PM. The employees were bickering with each other while we were trying to order our food. Then the bowls were placed in the bag on their side so when we arrived home the bag broke and the food fell on the ground. We will never return and we will tell everyone we know not to ever go there!

When the girl ring me up she didn’t even tell me went through no receipt. I look up online and is free guacamole for a veggie bowl no charge. I will never go back there again.

- BPBrainer PalenciaDec 5, 20252.0This has been one of the most visited Chipotle that my and Family and I have gone to but today the service was horrendous. Even though the food was good as always (compliments to the chef, he needs a raise) the service plus atmosphere was low tier not only was the place dirty and trashed like always but the cashier and one of the food servers had 0 etiquette and professionality since they had an attitude, were working super fast even though we were the last ones in line, gave little food and charged us up to the eye. What made it a dismal service was the cashier since she charged a cup of queso (wasn't even half full) when we've never been charged in any chipotle ever and she didn't mention anything about paying for the queso. I told her my confusion on why we were being charged on and she just responded saying "For as long as I've been here we always charge," with a unpleasant tone. I told her that I wasn't gonna want it anymore, and what did she do?! She just discarded of the queso cup to the trash, and I thought what's the point of charging when you just threw it away. I felt that atleast save it or give it to someone instead of charging $3.24 for a less than halfway cup, served with some attitude and a side of throwing it to the trash. Even though it feels bad to talk about this place since it's always been a 5/5 experience I would like for people to know to be careful no matter what, and to respect the chef. P.S. give the chef a raise, hes a hispanic short cool dude thats probably in his late 30s.
