  My expectations weren't high to begin with, I basically thought it was going to be Mediterranean Chipotle. I never wanted this but I was downtown on foot, I'm type1 diabetic and hadn't picked up my fast acting insulin so I needed a zero carb meal. It simply wasn't worth the $25 for a bowl and drink. The steak was very dry and everything was very mid. Had it been $10 less, I wouldn't be complaining but it is simply not worth it.

  I've been to different CAVA locations many times, and without a doubt this has been the worst. Customer service was essentially non-existent. Any inquiry was greeted with a barely audible grunt from employees behind the counter. When I pointed to some food item and asked what it was, I was directed to a sign with items listed on the glass, and the order of items didn't correspond to items on display. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Would not return to this location. I'd recommend Greenery Company, which has superior food and offers good customer service. Or search healthy food for better local alternatives.

  We ate at CAVA on Saturday, December 13th, and the experience was disappointing. Most of the staff behind the counter, except for the cashier, seemed to have trouble communicating in English. The two wraps we ordered were tasty but messy, drenched in sauce to the point of being dripping wet, and sloppily prepared. The counter area looked disorganized, with ingredients spilling into each other. The bowls were better with good flavor balance, but overall, the lack of care and messy preparation area made the visit less enjoyable.
