I'd walked fifteen minutes in drizzle and rain - only to find out the Assembly Food Hall had closed at ten (boo!). Thankfully, CAVA was still open, and Scarlett, Maher, and Andrew absolutely made my night. They put together a mean pita just before closing - the chicken was fresh, spicy, and flavorful, the hummus and tzatziki were on point, and the pickled tomatoes and onions were just right. Add in crispy pita chips and a refreshing cucumber mint drink, and it was perfection. Everyone was so kind, gracious, and fun to talk to. They turned a soggy walk into one of my favorite memories of Nashville. Give these folks a raise - they're awesome!
