First off, they’ve moved to a self checkout kiosk, which can be a mess because there’s only one and if you have someone who is confused in front of you, you could be standing there all night long. Secondly, I ordered three burrito tacos. My order was given to the woman in front of me. She opened the bag, looked at the food and told them that this was not her order then when they realized it was my three tacos and tried to hand me that bag. I advised him I would not be eating anything that someone else opened up, looked at and breathed on, so they remade my order. This place has gone downhill. They lost their liquor license and the staff does not speak English at all.

Went there last night and ordered about $40 worth of food. Spent all morning today trying to get into contact with a manager for a refund. I finally was able to get on the phone with someone and they told me that they couldn’t find my order and that they “don’t have a manager”… which I didn’t know was possible because you need a manager to run any business properly. Just seemed like she was trying to avoid the issue. Would really like my money back and to resolve this problem. I will remove this negative review once I receive my refund; but if it is still up, know that I didn’t get my food and I didn’t get my money back, so you should avoid going here if you don’t want to spend money and not receive what you paid for.

Whoever works the night shift as of 02/14/2026 needs his customer service skills reevaluated. I called to place a takeout order, the first time he answered (after waiting 7 minutes on hold), he pretended the call was breaking up but I heard the music in the background and then I heard the phone hang up before it cut off. The second time I called, the first thing he said was “what’s up? What do you want?”I asked if this was calle taco and he started speaking Spanish and I am bilingual so I spoke Spanish then he started to speak English with me so I asked “what language are you going to speak, I’m confused” and he said “I speak both. So? what? what do you want? Hurry up? What is it?”. I told him “no thank you, it seems like you’ve got a lot going on to take care of customers and I will take my service elsewhere” Number one, hanging up on me pretending the phone call is breaking up isn’t cool. Number two, speaking two different languages to confuse a customer is not online isn’t fair, but shouldn’t be used against those who don’t speak multiple languages. I work as a cashier at a restaurant so he can give all the excuses he wants to his managers, but that is very uncalled for and someone should bring this conversation up to your employee/staff for future reference. I understand it gets busy, but that doesn’t give your staff the right to speak to customers that way.

Husband and I are visiting from Dallas, and we stopped in here for lunch. Absolute best chips & guac; wish I could get this all the time. We ordered steak fajitas and a taco plate. Everything was so fresh and delicious, and we did not have to wait long at all. I had the tres leches for dessert; SO good! So happy we came here.
