  We had such a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings! We were out with our newborn, and the manager Jeff was incredibly kind and thoughtful—he bought us a bottled water so we could make a bottle for our baby, which meant so much to us. Our server, Victoria, was also very sweet and attentive. On top of the amazing service, the chili burger was absolutely delicious. We really appreciated how welcoming and accommodating everyone was and will definitely be back!

  Skip this location - you're time and money are worth more elsewhere. This BDubs location is a total disaster. We walked in, got zero greeting, seated ourselves at a filthy table, waited 10 minutes for anyone to notice us. Order was simple - 20 wings (same sauce) + onion rings at 8:30—food finally arrived at 9:20, but the wrong side gave tater tots, wings lukewarm, no drink refills ever offered. Onion rings took another 15 minutes. We finished, cleared our own plates, then sat forever waiting for the check. Our server vanished. I approached her—she ignored me completely. Had to flag down a random other server just to pay and leave.

  Took my son here specifically for cheese curds. We ordered, and a few minutes later, a worker came out and told us they were out of cheese curds. We ended up paying for our drinks and leaving. I understand that restaurants run out of things occasionally, but it would be nice to know on the front end. Maybe let your servers know when you run out.

  Horrible service! My family and I came to eat at this location during a football game. But it during this time . It wasn’t a lot of people dining in . We sat down. We waited for our waitress for 10mins which is not bad. I forgot her name. But she stated she was new . We order our drinks and she left . She Didn’t ask if we was ready to order or ask if we need a minute to look at the menu. She just left . We waited 25mins just to get our drinks . For Those 25 mins. We saw her just going to 2 tables back and forth. At first we was giving her the better of the doubt because she new . But as times goes on . Its like she forgot about us. We had to get her attention for to finally come to us, so that we can order. After we order our food . we waited 40 mins just to get our food. During that time. We wanted a refill in our drinks. We noticed again she was just prioritizing those two other tables. We had to AGAIN try to get her attention just to get refills. By the time we got out food. We was already annoyed and lost our appetite. But When our food arrive The food was good! We wanted the check but she was again focusing on those table. We HAD to get another waitress/employee to explain what was going on . We understand when there’s a new employee. So we wasn’t pushy or anything but it just seem like she did not want ro service us and took wait to long. Did not communicate at all. We wasn’t asking for much . We don’t usually leave bad reviews but this needs to be addressed and fix. Horrible service!

  Terrible service. I had to get up twice to find our server. At about 10pm (they ate open until midnight) servers were loudly vacuuming the area around us and tipping chairs so patrons wouldn't sit there. We were still trying to take in the football game and the aura around us was "leave because we don't want you here." Never will I go there again.
