I’ve been here around a dozen times, and the morning crew has never once gotten my order right. If I’m paying extra for two eggs on a sandwich, I expect to actually receive two eggs. I’ve been to Bruegger’s in Minneapolis many times, so I know what the standard should be. Unfortunately, this location hasn’t come close to that experience. What’s more frustrating is that when mistakes are pointed out, the response often feels defensive rather than solution-oriented. It comes across like the morning staff simply doesn’t care about accuracy or customer experience. I really hope management takes a closer look at the consistency and service here, because the food has potential — the execution just isn’t there.

I didn't realize that sundried tomatoe sauce was supposed to be on it, and I thought it had spaghetti sauce. It was really thick, and very acidic, but not anyone's fault. The avacado was also brown, which was not very aesthetically pleasing, but didn't really change anything. There were two ladies in there and no other customers, and neither one of the ladies were very pleasant. I understand not wanting to be at work, but you shouldn't let that rub off on the customers. I dont know if they were mad at each other or if they just genuinely hate their job, but whatever it is, it shows. Hopefully they were just having a bad day or a bad morning and it got better. The store it self was very clean. The bagles are fresh, and there was a great variety. I didn't like what I got, I should have got something else, because everything looked so good and I was super excited about getting something good there. But again, nobody's fault, just personal preference.
