I've been going to Boston Commons for about 2 years now, and the staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The food is also delicious and is made by hand. One of my favorite dishes is the Shrimp and Grits which everyone should try. You won't regret it!! The appetizers are also a must-have such as the Crab Cakes and the Bacon Wrapped Sea Scallops which I had again there two nights ago. Thank you Charles and team! Yum Yum! See y'all soon!

This place has changed and not for the best...I've been coming to this places since before they got rid of the sushi station and changed menus and management. The food is absolutely not the same.. the clam chowder is thick and not soup it's paste. I'm from Boston and this is not Boston style. They got rid of the platers and changed them into pick 2 or 3. They had platers with everything on it and no longer can get. This place won't last much longer. They also rush people to order after accepting an 8 table top at 8pm with reservations and the kitchen closed at 9 or 9:30. The management is terrible and had an excuse for everything. I'm literally sitting at their table typing this review. Drinks are great server was awsome had nothing to do with him.

We came in 30 minutes before closing and asked if it was too late for dinner. Charles gladly welcomed us in. Lindsay was a great server. Husband and I split the Fish and Chips sampler which was huge. We know good fish and chips and it was DELICIOUS! Son ordered Ragg'in Cajun pasta. They were out of chicken, so they offered shrimp as a sub. Amazing! Seasoned to perfection. We will definitely be returning to BC and it is well worth the 25 minute drive. This is a perfect example of eat local. Can't wait to return to try the shrimp and grits per Charles' suggestion.
