Went to window to pay for the food, and as always money came off my card. However; the employee at window said "they did not receive funds." I told her money Came off my card. She went and got manager, and the manager said same thing I showed her proof on my phone where it came off my card. And I never got my food. I sat in drive threw for about 15 mins. Manager came to the window spoke to me very rudley" I Feel they just bold face lyed about receiving funds. I GUESS THEY DONT LIVE BY SAYING "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT" NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO BOJANGLES AGAIN.

I asked for hash browns and they didn’t even ask me what size I wanted just told me the total and to pull forward. The person taking my order and giving my food were both rude.
