A few examples: one time I ordered a chicken sandwich and instead of giving me a boneless breast they gave me thigh in my sandwich. I was unaware until I bit into the bone and almost broke my tooth. After I spoke to the manager she was dismissive, didn’t care and argumentative. I basically had to demand for my money back. Today I went and I ordered a tender meal with Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy… they gave me a side of gravy ONLY and no Mac and cheese. I will not return.

Called the manager, she was like you've gotta ask next time for fresh food???? Why would i come to a restaurant to eat dinner with my wife, (only reason sir even wanted to eat there bc of boberry biscuits. Kinda hard to mess up those) pretty sure anyone that pays $40 to eat would want food hot. Especially people who go thru the drive thru. I wonder how many customers yall have lost bc of this. Like I said there is a reason why, your parking lot/ lobby is empty at dinner. Two more lost last night. Shame
- TNTiffany NOct 26, 20255.0Tried this mid-west staple for the first time after hearing all the hype. The Mac-n-cheese is delicious and I love the warm, soft, biscuits that come with the chicken. You can get traditional fried chicken or chicken tenders. We opted for the 12 piece family meal and got all the "fixins" on the side. Definitely eat it while it's still hot. I love that I get half a gallon of sweet tea to go. The BoJangles box it comes in is massive haha. This will be a go-to stop when travelling mid-west for sure.
