    It's very dirty in there the floors had trash and it was wet on it. The service takes forever but the place is understaffed

    Came in to total chaos. Three young boys running around in lobby their coats and toys strewn all on lobby floor. At one point staning in lobby chairs with wash clothes loudly yelling back and forth. But it gets better crew yelling back and forth as well. After waiting 15 mins just to get our order taken at the counter we really should have walked out. No apologies, excuses, compensation. Was told my husband's chicken would take 6 mins to cook. The food itself was great but they really need to get it together. We were not the only ones waiting either.

    Uses AI at the drive thru and it’s really dumb ai too. Barely works, really frustrating. I’d rather just speak to a human being
