Had a waitress in training and she was great. Her trainer stepped when need and made the experience fun. We had 1 item missing and staff was appuald. We got hit by some rain so we stayed a bit longer and Blue was fine with that. Food was excellent! I do like the spicy tuna!

We were blessed with intimate booth setting that could easily sit five people comfortably. The decorations were deliberate & obviously referencing some culture that I wasn't aware of but I still appreciated the vibe!! It is hard to find decent vegan sushi but Blue Sushi Sake Grill definitely exceeded expectations. My partner has never been fond of sushi & he was taken aback by the flavor! They absolutely are doing something right! We bought five rolls total and during happy hour; the price was decent for that amount of food. I would definitely recommend the Vegan Hot Popper for a creamier spicy taste or the Kaluna Crunch for a fried spicy taste. Though both are labeled as spicy, I would say the spice level is not that high & it has really good flavor. For non spicy, I would recommend the Green Goddess or the Eden Roll. Both of these were absolutely amazing!! Overall; a wonderful spot for any vegan or vegatarians looking to partake in some delicious sushi!
