We were told it was going to be a 45 mins wait, which was fine with us. Then it was actually an hours wait. Again, no big deal. After waiting an hour to be seated, you best believe i'm expecting good service, but it took our server 17 minutes to get to us after being seated. Food didn't take too long after that to arrive but they didnt give us any small plates for our appetizer. Then we asked for an extra plate for my daughter who was sharing the entrée with me. We're both sitting here waiting and waiting while the food gets cold and no plate comes so we just used the plate from the appetizer. Food was mediocre which was anticipated anyway. But everything was seemingly spicy (we ordered the fisherman and captains platters). Finally, the server forgot to add our military discount and took forever to get the check to us. My son wanted dessert but we didnt have an extra hour to wait for that. Atmosphere was great though. The whole experience from being on the wait list to paying lasted almost 3 hours. Its a shame we had a bad experience as my daughter was really hoping to go here for her birthday. We will definitely not be back and warning others.

This is our first visit to this place, and it has truly been an incredibly beautiful experience. From the moment we entered, we were amazed by the realistic atmosphere that perfectly captures the essence of the sea. The food is spectacular, with many unique and, above all, fresh flavors... I'm a seafood lover, and I've never tasted anything so delicious. This place is incredible. BUT WHAT WAS TRULY WONDERFUL WAS THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY JESSY MARIN ( the best waitress in the world ❤️❤️❤️) WITH HER EXCEPTIONAL, warm, and very professional attention. Thanks to her incredible service, our experience was unique and wonderful. We will definitely be back to enjoy this paradise of flavors and excellent service.

Experience was subpar! Although there was over an hour wait, we are Landry members and were seated in under 10 minutes. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of the visit. Our waiter was polite when initially taking our order, but after that, he was nearly nonexistent -- no refills, no check-ins, and it took 21 minutes after finishing our food just to receive the check. We repeatedly discussed appetizer pricing at the time of ordering $14.59, yet both appetizers were charged at $17.99. (We realized the price was for vegetarian wraps after reviewing the menu before leaving). Our granddaughter ordered a classic burger for $17.99, added bacon for an additional charge of $3.99, and fries were an extra $3.49 as well. With two sodas and one tea, our total came to $78 and some change for two appetizers and one burger -- with poor service and mediocre food. Pay close attention to add-ons. On top of this, our Landry points were never applied, even though we requested this when placing our order. As we were leaving, my daughter attempted to briefly look at a menu near the hostess stand to verify the charges. There was no one there and nothing behind the stand except menus and a seating list, so she reached in and picked up a menu, yet the host came running , began yelling, and screaming like a girl repeatedly shouting that no one was allowed behind the desk. He would not listen long enough for her to explain that we believed we had been overcharged and had not received our Landry points. He continued yelling loudly in front of a full lobby of guests, creating an incredibly embarrassing scene. When he finally paused long enough to understand, he told her to go outside the restaurant to look at a menu -- despite the fact that she is a Landry member and already had one in her hand before it was snatched back. Only after continued questioning did he finally hand her a menu. On our way out, my daughter decided to file a complaint with Landry. A manager was called, and she was kind, apologetic, and offered to correct the issue, promising better service in the future. While we appreciated her professionalism, the damage was already done and we told her we would not be returning. Between the poor service, public embarrassment, and subpar food, we will not be returning. This experience was unacceptable, though the manager herself was the only bright spot in an otherwise awful visit.

The atmosphere was incredibly cool, but you can tell servers are over worked. We were seated without silverware or napkins and waited 45 minutes for our food to come. Once it came no silverware to eat it with and only the napkins from under our drinks. None of this a dig to our server as we watched him race from table to table. Then the glass for the aquarium had looked liked someone half cleaned it drips or cleaner running down the side. The womens bathroom was so bad it was like a leak happened someone started to clean and then left it. Actual mop on the ground and bathrooms without toilet paper. Did not live up to what we expected unfortunately.

This was not a good experience from the beginning. First the hostess told us that the wait would be 1-1.25hrs then they texted and when we got back to be seated they had already given our table away. Then half the restaurant was 60 degrees while the other side was 72. So, we had to put on jackets throughout the meal. The. The server had an attitude throughout the meal. Then the food took 45min to come to the table. Then the kitchen prepared the meal without all the meats on the plate and the server didn't catch it. We had to constantly flag down our server for water refills and to address the problems we were having. I don't recommend this restaurant and I won't be returning.
