  I’ve been here twice and both times by drink was great along with service. I was also in and out fast. I highly recommend the tropic thunder with cream. Sariah was also amazing!!!

  I'm a avid 7Brew drinker 5 of 7 days a week, visiting all different locations in the TN/KY/AL area, LUV LUV LUV this coffee stand!!! I make a plan to visit all SWAG days at new stands and this past Sat was no different 2/21/26. We pulled up to the "East Nashville stand" music that was so loud the people taking the orders could not hear what we were saying and they had their head inside the truck. And the "Goth" theme was a little weird. We had 9 drink orders between 3 people in our vehicle. all of our orders where wrong, we only caught one before we left the line and they remade it. This is the second time I have been at this stand since they have opened on the 2/16/26 and the other time wasn't the best either. I will probably go one more time before I, drive a little further to visit the Goodlettsville or Madison location. **pay more attention to the orders/ reading making orders / and don't ignore customers to talk with coworkers.

  I visited 7 brew this Saturday for the first time with friends to see about this new Nashville spot. I got an ice cookie butter blondie and it was delicious..smooth and just the right amount of sweetness! The service was amazing, quick, and everyone was very talkative and kind. A notable server from my visit was Jayla! She walked me and my friends through the menu, all the options and made sure we could all get something! She was patient when we had trouble deciding and helped a lot! Good job 7 brew, I will be back :)

  Ordered two large drinks and ended up getting a large and medium, but no big deal- they were a bit busy and both drinks ended up being great. Jasmine was a ray of sunshine and such a joy to talk to while waiting for everything!

  I had a really disappointing experience at this 7 Brew location. The person who took my order came across as very rude and impatient, which immediately set a negative tone. I understand places get busy, but basic courtesy and friendliness go a long way, especially in customer service. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt rushed and like I was an inconvenience. It honestly made the whole visit uncomfortable and not enjoyable at all. I’ve had better service at a different 7 Brew, and I expected a more positive and upbeat experience here. Unfortunately, this interaction alone makes me hesitant to come back.
