At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

- LRLiz Rabbitt3 days ago5.0We walked in on my last day in Nashville after going to the Andrew Jackson hermitage on a cloudy Friday afternoon, the staff were super friendly fun loving and insightful . The brisket was divine with some Mac and cheese ! My boyfriend had a hot chicken without the sauce it was a slow released heat . Two weeks later and we are still talking about it !

Service was slow and the brisket and pork were cold. Like hardly room temperature. My daughter said to send it back, but couldn't find a server interested enough to even talk to. Very disappointing.

Ribs and hot chicken were the favorite meats. My two kids really came out of there shells and tried everything because each dish was so good. Service was as good as the food. Thank you team!
