At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

I'm a KCK girl and I love my BBQ, but if you are going to get good BBQ go to Memphis to Central BBQ. The baked beans taste rotten like they add more beans to the pot and never get rid of the old. Green beans come from a can and the Mac and cheese taste like they put pepper gravy in it. If you are looking for a vinegar style you might like it. Staff is not friendly to new customers. Cashier was really rude. BBQ is supposed to be so good that you need a shower at the end because you are covered in sauce.

I had the pork sandwich with mac and cheese plus banana pudding. We chose to sit down but you can also get it to go.
