  This is the first time I’ve heard that a tip is automatically charged when purchasing beverages via the drive-thru. Furthermore, when I raised this issue and asked to speak with the manager, I was told that the manager was not on duty. I would really like to know: is this practice reasonable and legal?

  My husband and I came in for a half a dozen donuts. We weren't greeted or even looked at for nearly 10 minutes, even though we were right at the counter. There was one employee getting two dozen donuts and then a guy walked up and took them. Probably was for a mobile order, but at least say hello and tell us you are filling a mobile order and will be right with us. Finally our order was taken although the price on the case said 8.99 a 1/2 dozen, we were charged 9.49. Again, not a huge deal. The worst part was that the donuts just weren't very good. They were dry and hardly any filling at all. We got chocolate cake, Bavarian creme (2), maple year, coconut cake, and raspberry jelly. We wondered if they were from the previous day. Cake donuts were better than the yeast. Disappointing.

  Made me wait 15 mins and confined to forget my bagel and then this is what they call cream cheese spread.

  My 5 stars are for the two gentlemen working Thursday, 3/5 at 6:30am (green hair, small build black w/DD head covering). Considering there were 6 cars in the drive thru and 7 customers in the lobby, they were awesome! 🌟Professional, efficient, calm, polite and any other positive adjective you could think of. They deserve recognition 👏🏾👏🏾. Give them a paid day off or something DD 🍩

  This morning I went to this Dunkin' to order breakfast for my wife and myself. I attempted to oder at one of the kiosks, and it failed. I then went to the counter and ordered, and when I tried to pay, that failed. After a lot of back and forth, the manager came out and said that their internet was out, so they couldn't accept card payments. Meanwhile, a woman experiencing homelessness that asked me if I could get her some iced water. I told her I would. However, the manager at this location would not give me a cup of ice water for her because "the cup costs $1.08." Even though their system was down and he couldn't accept my payment, he wouldn't give this woman any water. I will not be back to this location. Some of the employees were trying to be helpful, but the manager here was rude and showed no compassion at all for someone that needed his help. I'll be at Shipley's or Tim Horton's from now on.
